Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort

The five-star Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort is being built in the spa part of Kołobrzeg, at Kościuszki Street, 200 m from the beach and 250 m from the sea.

Conference rooms: Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort will have a modern conference space that will accommodate 500 event participants. The room can be divided into smaller ones and adapted to the needs of more intimate meetings. The hall can be accessed by car. An additional advantage is access to the foyer and kitchen facilities.

Additional advantages: Rooms: the facility will offer 468 apartments (in the condo system) with areas ranging from 29 to 130 square meters. The apartments will have spacious balconies or terraces.

An infinity-edge panoramic swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool complex, a spa & wellness area, a bar and an observation cafe, and restaurants.

As part of this part of the building, a conference room for 500 people has been designed, which can be divided into smaller units and with access to the foyer with buffet facilities combined with the hotel kitchen. Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort will, as one of the few hotel buildings in Poland, enable the entry and display of cars to the conference space, which will allow the organization of events related to, among others, with the presentation of new car models. The 14-storey hotel will be one of the tallest buildings in Kołobrzeg.

Gastronomy: the project provides for the creation of a restaurant, a bar and a viewing cafe.
