AMBEREXPO Centrum Wystawienniczo - Kongresowe

AMBEREXPO is one of the most modern trade fair and congress facilities in Poland. It is located 14 km from the airport, 5 km from the center of Gdańsk, 11 km from Sopot, 4 km from the port.

Is divided into :

1. EXHIBITION ZONE with a total area of 12,000 m2 (level 0) - it consists of 3 modern, multi-functional halls separated by sliding walls - each of approx. 4,000 m2.

The central hall is equipped with an additional sliding wall, ensuring easy adaptation to two smaller halls. The exhibition space is devoid of internal structural columns. An additional advantage is the direct access from the halls to the congress center and restaurant. At the entrance to each of the halls there are Digital Signage screens. The halls are equipped with sanitary facilities, toilets, rooms for mothers and children. The ground floor location facilitates access for people with disabilities. PARAMETERS:

2. CONGRESS ZONE with a total area of 2,200 m2 (level 1) consists of 4 multimedia, air-conditioned, modernly equipped conference rooms with a total of 1,058 seats.

Room 1 is additionally equipped with mobile walls, allowing it to be divided into three smaller modules. All rooms are equipped with sound systems, simultaneous interpretation equipment, projection screens, wireless microphones, mixers, and laser pointers. A modern audio-video system allows you to connect any multimedia device.
In front of the halls there is a spacious lobby with a reception desk, enabling the organization of banquets, catering and coffee breaks. Access to the rooms is possible both from the lobby and from the exhibition halls. Elevators allow access for people with disabilities.

3. VIP ZONE 6 individually designed rooms. It consists of 6 individually designed and fully equipped rooms (kitchenette, sanitary facilities), allowing for the organization of business talks in intimate, exclusive conditions. The decor of individual rooms is maintained in the following character: Polish, Scandinavian, German, Dutch, French and Italian.

4. FOYER: level 0 - 1500 m2, level 1 - 1000 m2
