Dworek Prawdzic is located at 15 Szczecińska Street in Niechorze, situated on a dune, in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The facility has its own descent to the beach.

Conference rooms : the facility has 3 lecture rooms:

• the first room up to 80 people - letter U arrangement (up to 100 people in theater setting)
• two rooms for up to 25 people - letter U arrangement (or one large table)

Therefore, it is an ideal place for banquets, weddings, training sessions, meetings and integration meetings. It has a professionally equipped lecture hall capable of accommodating up to 100 people.
