Expo Łódź - is a modern and multifunctional conference and fair center located in the city center. This location allows easy access to the railway station, bus station and key attractions of Łódź.

Expo Łódź consists of 13,117 sq m of fair and exhibition space. This creates a lot of organizational possibilities. The largest hall has an area of 5,700 m2, and the system of mobile and soundproof walls allows it to be divided into 4 parts.

FOYER

Between the conference rooms and the assembly hall, in the 400 m2 glazed foyer, you can organize parties, banquets or exhibition space.

In addition, the lower (800 m2) and upper foyer (400 m2) can be used as an exhibition or event space. Thanks to the glazed space and the natural lighting system, they create great opportunities for various types of arrangements (fashion shows, car presentations, banquets, exhibitions, etc.).

auditorium :

The space with an area of 335m2 with an amphitheater setting easily accommodates 459 people. The auditorium is equipped with a stage of 2.5 m x 10.5 m; screen, multimedia projector and sound system. In the hall there are also stands for simultaneous interpreters, thanks to which it is perfect for organizing conferences, congresses and discussion panels. The Expo-Łódź conference space is also a modern hall ideal for organizing presentations and speeches.

Exhibition hall:

It is a very comfortable solution, enabling the organization of various types of events - conferences, fairs, as well as concerts, fashion shows and banquets. Expo Łódź will easily accommodate 4,500 people. All settings and the nature of the meetings enable:

CONFERENCE ROOMS:

On the second floor of the building there are 4 conference rooms, which are an ideal conference space. Thanks to the system of movable walls, the rooms can be freely combined to obtain the desired area and number of seats.

The area of each of the conference rooms is approx. 100 m2, all of them are equipped with a multimedia projector, sound system and Wi-Fi access.

By means of a system of mobile and soundproof walls, the rooms can be connected to each other. The maximum room that will be created after combining the four parts is a room with an area of 405 m2, which can accommodate 500 guests, perfect for organizing training courses, conferences or banquets.
