ICE Kraków

The ICE Kraków Congress Center is the business and cultural showcase of the city. Located in the very heart of Krakow, it allows you to organize various events opposite the Wawel Royal Castle, right next to one of the main transport hubs. The facility can be reached by car from the Kraków Airport, the railway and bus stations, as well as from any other part of Kraków.

It is a modern, world-class facility that meets the requirements of international congress organizations and the highest standards of acoustics and stage mechanics. Its authors are Ingarden & Ewý Architekci from Krakow and Arata Isozaki & Associates from Tokyo. The project was awarded for the spectacular shape of the building, which blends gently into the landscape of the Vistula waterfront. ICE Kraków has a four-level glazed foyer with a panoramic view of the city with the majestic Wawel Royal Castle.

Conference rooms: 4 main halls: Auditory Hall (1915 seats), Theater Hall (600 seats), Chamber Hall (300 seats) and Conference Room Complex (400 seats), as well as many supporting rooms; a glazed, 3-level foyer with a view of the Wawel Royal Castle, the Vistula bend and the Kazimierz district, which together creates a comfortable space for 3,200 participants of various events.

The equipment of each room (lighting, sound system, multimedia) is included in the rental price. Each of the rooms has built-in or mobile screens and projectors. Three rooms are equipped with booths for simultaneous interpretation.

Auditorium Hall S1 is a multifunctional hall in a partial vineyard layout (with the audience surrounding the stage on three sides) perfectly suited for conference, congress and concert functions. It enables the organization of events of various scales up to 1915 people. Theater Hall S2 is a multi-functional hall on a rectangular plan (shoebox), equipped with a box-type stage. The number of seats in the maximum variant reaches 600.

The foldable tribune at the lowest level allows for a flat surface for exhibitions and banquets. Chamber Hall S3 is a space of approx. approx. 500 m2 with max. theater layout, approx. 300 seats with a tribune (up to 400 flat).

It can be divided into two independent parts. The S4 Conference Room Complex with access to daylight and a view of the Wawel Royal Castle includes a conference space with an area of ​​approx. 500 m2, which can be flexibly divided by means of an acoustic wall system to up to 11 smaller rooms.

The ICE Kraków Congress Center has a recording studio for hybrid events in the heart of Kraków, which allows you to discover a new dimension of events. Studio allows you to exceed the limits of standard possibilities and, using the best technological solutions, connects the offline and online worlds.

Around the Congress Center there is a special communication system including above-ground parking lots, a bus bay, parking lots for bicycles and a two-level underground parking lot for 335 cars.
