About venue

Ptak Warsaw Expo is located in Nadarzyn near Warsaw, at the intersection of the S7 and S8 routes and the A2 motorway. It is located a 15-minute drive from the very center of Warsaw and 10 minutes from the Chopin Airport.
It is the largest trade fair and congress center in Central Europe. It was built to organize international fairs, congresses, conferences, trainings, mass events and all kinds of events. Ptak Warsaw Expo consists of 6 modern exhibition halls with a total indoor area of 143,000 sq m. and over 500,000 sq m. outer surface. Each of the 6 halls is divided into 3 modules, in which, thanks to soundproof walls, 3 independent events can be held. The halls are 5 to 8 meters high. In each of the pavilions, skylights are installed in the roof, thanks to which events can take place in daylight; there is a possibility of blackout depending on the needs of the event.

Conference rooms: In halls D and E, conference rooms have been separated. In hall E, there are 11 rooms ranging in size from 125 to 600 sqm.
Parking for 15,000 cars. There are plans to expand the facility, which assumes the construction of a reception and event hall between halls B and C and a conference center with an area of approximately 6,000 m² in hall C, a business hotel with 250 rooms, a central hall (with an area of 10,000 sq m) and in the last stage - 6 more multifunctional halls with a total area of 50,000 sq m
