Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort is being built in an attractive spa part of Kołobrzeg, just 200 m from the sandy beach and 250 m from the sea.

The facility will guarantee a number of prestigious amenities, e.g. an infinity-edge panoramic swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool complex, a spa & wellness area, a bar and a viewing cafe, and restaurants. The investment will also include a multi-purpose space that can be used as a conference, banquet or exhibition space. As part of this part of the building, a conference room for 500 people has been designed, which can be divided into smaller units and with access to the foyer with buffet facilities combined with the hotel kitchen. Crowne Plaza Kołobrzeg Resort will, as one of the few hotel buildings in Poland, enable the entry and display of cars to the conference space, which will allow the organization of events related to, among others, with the presentation of new car models. The 14-storey hotel will be one of the tallest buildings in Kołobrzeg.
